Repairs

     

1. REQUEST A QUOTE

     

Send us an email at customerservice@pattyqsjewelry.com with your order number and photos of the damaged area. Our Patty Q's Jewelry team will determine an appropriate repair fee based on the task/damage and respond within 3 business days. In the event that repair is eligible, you may choose to drop it off in-store or mail it back to us. However, we highly recommend that clients insure the delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.  ​

   

2. REPAIR BY AN EXPERT

     

Next, your jewelry will be repaired by our Master Craftsmen, who are trained to restore your piece with meticulous care. This repair process can take anywhere from 3-10 business days.

3. RETURN TO YOU

     

After a final polish and inspection, your jewelry will be sent back to your address, or you may schedule a pick up from our store. Please arrange pick up with us and you'll be notified via email when it's ready to be picked up.

Additionally, we do not cover severe damage or complete loss that a piece may sustain under any circumstances.

Furthermore, once a piece of jewelry is in the possession of the client, Patty Q's Jewelry Inc relinquishes responsibility for any damage that may occur. This includes but is not limited to bends, dents, tears, scratches, or any other damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, or improper care.

It is strongly recommended that clients consider adding their jewelry to their personal insurance policies to safeguard against loss, theft, or damage. Appraisals of jewelry are available upon request.

In the event that repairs are necessary, please note that repair fees will vary depending on the extent of the damage and will be assessed accordingly.
