Returns/Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows for store credit or exchange within 10 days after the delivery or pick-up date under the following circumstances:
- To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item(s) must be untampered with, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Your item must not be custom, personalized, or sized.
Once we receive your item, we will fully inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
If the return is eligible, you will receive store credit for in-store or online use. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your total store credit.
You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Please note that Patty Q's Jewelry Inc does not issue refunds at this time.

Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item(s) that is returned more than 10 days after delivery date, are not accepted.
Returned or exchanged items incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the exchange or refund. This policy helps cover the costs associated with market price fluctuations, as well as the repair and refurbishing of jewelry to ensure the highest quality standards for our customers.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Patty Q's Jewelry offers repairs on all items. Fees may vary.
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, send us an email and we will do our best to work out the best option for you.
RETURN ADDRESS:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for loss of package in transit to our facility.
