Returns/Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy can be granted of store-credit/exchange within 10 days after the delivery or pick up date under the following circumstances:
To be eligible for store-credit/exchange, your item(s) must be untampered with, altered or damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will fully inspect and notify you on the status of your refund.
If the refund is eligible, customer will receive store credit in-store or online which does NOT include shipping costs.
You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.


INCORRECT / UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS / LOST PACKAGE

If you notice your mailing address is incorrect after the order has been processed, please email us immediately so we can fix it for you before the package is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we will not be responsible for lost package due to address error, unknown addressee or undeliverable address will not be eligible for replacement nor refund. However, if the package does get returned and received by us, we can re-ship it with an additional shipping fee($11.99).
If your package goes missing, please contact USPS immediately as they are responsible for the delivery. We do not receive any additional delivery information that is not visible to you as a recipient. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is confirmed.
If you have contacted USPS with no luck and proof of delivery is not confirmed, please send us an email and we can file a Lost Mail Claim. If the Lost Mail Claim is approved, the customer will receive store credit of their purchase amount NOT including shipping costs.
EXCLUSIONS TO THIS POLICY:

Custom items are NOT eligible for refund/exchange.

Gift Cards

Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item(s) that is returned more than 10 days after delivery date, are not accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REPAIRS:

Patty Q's Jewelry offers repairs on all items. Fees may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for loss of package in transit to our facility.
