Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer store credit or exchanges within 10 days of delivery, purchase or pick-up, under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Items must not be custom, personalized, altered, or sized.
- The return must be within 10 days of delivery, purchase or pick up.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. If eligible, you'll receive store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee.
Please note: We currently do not issue refunds.
Incorrect Address, Stolen, or Lost Packages
- If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, email us immediately so we can correct it before shipping. Once shipped, we’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned to us, we’ll reship it for an additional fee of $11.99.
- We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If mail theft is a concern in your area, we strongly recommend selecting signature-required shipping at checkout or purchasing additional insurance coverage.
- If your package is missing, please start by contacting USPS for assistance. If they’re unable to locate it and there is no delivery confirmation, email us to file a Lost Mail Claim with our insurance. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom Items
- Body Jewelry
- Rings
- Earrings
- Gift cards
We do not accept items that are damaged, missing parts, or returned after 10 days. Returns incur a 10% restocking fee to cover refurbishing and market fluctuations. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Repairs
We offer repairs for all items. Fees may vary. Repair turnaround times may vary. If your item experiences any damage, please contact customerservice@pattyqsjewelry.com so we can work with you to find the best possible resolution.
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. We’re not responsible for lost or tampered with returns.
