SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via USPS and require your signature upon delivery. Should you choose not to sign for your package, please be aware Patty Q's Jewelry Inc is not liable for lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates that it has been delivered. Patty Q's Jewelry Inc is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to the customer being unavailable for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping carrier. If your package is sent back to Patty Q's Jewelry Inc for any of these reasons, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
LOST MAIL / INCORRECT / UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
Please be aware that Patty Q's Jewelry cannot be held liable for missing packages marked as delivered.
If your package goes missing, please contact USPS immediately as they are responsible for the delivery. We do not receive any additional delivery information that is not visible to you as a recipient. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is confirmed.
In the event that your package is LOST IN TRANSIT, please file a Missing Mail Claim with USPS, and email customerservice@pattyqsjewelry.com a copy of the USPS confirmation that it has been lost in transit. We will be happy to issue you a refund upon approval from insurance not including shipping costs.
DAMAGED MAIL
Patty Q's Jewelry Inc is not responsible for damaged mail due to carrier.
We do not offer reshipment or exchanges at this time; a new order must be placed.
Additionally, Patty Q's Jewelry cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delivery delays beyond its control.
If a package or item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 213.624.1122. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Patty Q's Jewelry Inc.
