Our guarantee applies solely to the authenticity of the precious metal content. Once an item has been delivered or is in the customer's possession, Patty Q's Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for any damage, breakage, bending, loss of stones, or any other condition affecting the jewelry, regardless of how the damage occurred. Fine jewelry is subject to daily wear and external forces beyond our control, and therefore no guarantee is provided against physical damage, accidental damage, loss, or wear after delivery/in customer care.

We are pleased to offer affordable repair services for most items. Repair fees vary based on the condition of the item upon inspection.
