As with any authentic jewelry, proper care must be taken to ensure a lifetime of enjoyment. Patty Q's Jewelry is not responsible for the replacement of stones or re-setting of the prongs if stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn out prongs. Patty Q's Jewelry is not responsible for the soldering of chains, bracelets, anklets, earrings, rings, closures, or other repairs due to customer neglect or damage of the item.
